Your website chat will answer parents' questions day and night. It can only answer what it knows, so tell it here, the way you'd explain it to a new parent at the front desk.

01

About the studio

The basics the chat will use in almost every conversation.

What makes your studio special, and who it's for.
Where you are, where to park, and how to find the entrance.
Phone, email, and when someone will get back to a parent.
Names, styles they teach and any qualifications worth mentioning.
02

Classes and ages

So the chat can point each family to the right class.

e.g. youngest age, age groups, levels.
Your go-to recommendation for a child who has never danced.
A link, or how classes are scheduled.
How children join, and any audition process.
03

Trial classes

The chat's main job will be booking trials, so this one matters most.

Shoes, hair, water bottle and so on.
How a family goes from trial to enrolled.
04

Enrolment and fees

Only include what you're happy for the chat to share publicly.

Or write "please contact the office" if you'd rather not share fees in chat.
05

Policies

The questions parents ask when something comes up.

Are classes on? Do you run holiday workshops?
e.g. drop-off and pick-up, photography, behaviour.
06

Concerts and costumes

The busy-season questions.

Hire or buy, costs, and when they're handed out.
07

How the chat should behave

Its personality, and when it should hand over to you.

e.g. "HVT Assistant", or a friendly name.
It will pass these straight to you, e.g. complaints, injuries, account balances.
Name and email or mobile.
08

Your own FAQs

Any other questions you get asked all the time.
